TB Lawn and Landscape provides lawn mowing, landscaping, cleanup, mulching, shrub trimming, pressure washing, grading, drainage, and excavation services in Westborough MA and surrounding MetroWest communities. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and scheduling. Free estimates are provided without obligation.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those observed during the estimate visit. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with work.
Services are scheduled based on availability. Weather delays may occur; we will notify you promptly if a scheduled visit must be rescheduled. Cancellations of recurring services should be made with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
You grant TB Lawn and Landscape permission to access your property for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services. Please ensure access routes are clear and pets are secured on service days.
TB Lawn and Landscape carries liability insurance. In the event of property damage caused by our crew, please notify us within 24 hours. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed at estimate, objects left in service areas, or acts beyond our reasonable control.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue accounts may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.
